Fee policy
Community Connect Transport informs Customers of our fee structure at the time of initial contact or when making a booking, and prior to any forthcoming fee variation associated with service provision that may impact upon the customer.
Customers are encouraged to inform Community Connect Transport Services if at any time they are experiencing financial hardship which may impact upon their ability to pay any fee or advertised costs. In cases of financial hardship, Community Connect may reduce or waive fees. No service user accessing funded programs will be refused service provision on the basis of their inability to pay fees/charges.
Individual fees are collected by the driver at the time of transport. Community Connect Transport Services utilises all revenue from fees to enhance and expand the provision of services to all customers.
Fees
Fee structure for funded services per person:
Shopping shuttle services including Flexi-ride and Easy Rider Services (for North Sydney residents) – $5.00 or $2.50
Social Bus Outings – As per schedule of newsletter outings.
Please note: some group social outings are costed as a group.
Medical or other appointments
Within Lower North Shore area $20.00 or $15.00 one way
Outside Lower North Shore area $30.00 or $20.00 one way plus road tolls
Please note: any applicable tolls are paid by the individual customer.
