Overview
As a registered NDIS Service provider Community Connect Transport meets the NDIS Practice Standards and adheres to the NDIS Code of Conduct.
We can provide NDIS clients with travel and transport arrangements. Our fully accredited drivers are trained to assist with all your transport needs. The Community Connect Transport services office is open Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm and our wonderful drivers are available to transport residents from 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Advance bookings are essential. Bookings made less than three working days in advance will be put on standby if we are fully booked. All our vehicles have been selected for ease of access, and many are wheelchair accessible, enabling passengers with various levels of mobility, a choice of transport.
Community Connect Transport services are funded for younger people who have a functional disability or older people who need assistance with daily living to keep living independently at home. Our passengers include people with disabilities, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, children, youth, seniors, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and Carers.

How do I book Community Connect Transport?
Once you have registered with Community Connect Transport you can make a booking via the website, (click on the Transport Service below that you would like to book), or email [email protected] or call our Customer Service Team on 9490 9500. If the phone is unattended please leave a message.
When making a booking please have on hand the following information:
- NDIS Participant Number
- Day/s of the week transport required
- Pickup & Drop-off Location Address
- Any Specific NDIS Plan Information
Two (2) days prior to your trip you will receive an automated phone call to confirm your pick-up time. For bookings less than three (3) working days out, please call our Customer Service Team on 9490 9500 to check availability.
If transport is available you will be asked to be ready to be picked up at least half an hour before your scheduled collection time.
