The long awaited trip to this iconic new venue includes a behind- the-scenes tour of the auction process, freezer storage area, demonstration of oyster shucking and learning tips about how to choose fresh fish as part of the Discovery Tour – costing $40 per person. Needs to be paid in advance, limited spots. Please call out office ASAP.
Waterfront dining with a table booked at The Boatshed restaurant ( same operators as at La perouse)  as it continues to be very busy in the centre around lunchtime, as The Fish Markets is still popular for local workers to drop into and try out all that is on offer, so a guaranteed seat with a great choice of seafood will make for a great outing.
