Community Connect Transport is a registered charity.

We provide transport to people aged over 65, NDIS clients or people unable to access mainstream public transport. Our clients use our service to get to important medical appointments, visit the shops and maintain links to their local community. Community Connect Transport can provide a range of options to our partners providing mutual benefits to both CCT and our partners. We partner with other not-for-profit organisations, local and small businesses, and corporate organisations. Partnering with organisations that have shared goals and values enables all of us to reach more people in our community, grow both businesses and make lasting connections. How it works

    Min 3 days before pick-up date

  4. When you’re done, we return you to your home
