Updated Fare Schedule Pricing - Commencing 1st November
Notice of Price Adjustment:
✨This is the first price adjustment we’ve made in over 2½ years, and it’s necessary to help us continue delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality transport services.
Several factors have led to this change:
🛒 Rising Costs: Like many businesses, we’ve experienced an increase in the cost of living, fuel, and transport-related expenses.
🦺 New Government Requirements: The upcoming changes under the new Aged Care Act, effective from 1st November, bring additional administrative and compliance responsibilities that we must meet.
🚌 Long-Distance Travel Costs: For out-of-area trips, our drivers often make extra journeys without passengers (e.g., driving out empty, returning empty). These trips involve four legs, but only one is typically charged. We now need to fairly account for all parts of these journeys.
